Rental Conditions

1. Rental Period :

For daily renting, minimum renting is 24 hours.

2. Driving Licence and Leasing Age :

Drivers must have a minimum 2-year driving license. 21 Years (2 Years Driving License) Mini, Economy, Compact, Standard groups Age 23 (3 Years Driving License) Medium Group 25 Years (5 Years Driving License) are the minimum limits for SUV, Premium and Minibus rentals. The driver's license must be in the Latin alphabet. International driving licenses are required from drivers with a Greek, Russian, Chinese, Hebrew and Arabic driver's license. An international driving license is required with the original driver's license. Renter is obliged to show the driving licenses of those who will use the vehicle and possible driver changes to Tempest. Young drive option do not allowed.

Turkish citizens ; Credit Card, Turkish ID and Turkish driving licence.

Other country citizens ; Credit Card, Passport, International Driving licence.

Driver name should be same on voucher, driving licence and on passport.

3rd persons do not allowed to pickup or return car.(from family, friend etc.)

Only driver’s credit card is allowed.

3. Payment :

For daily renting payments are collected in cash or by credit card. A valid credit card should be available mail order system for deposit.

Insurance Information and Liabilities :

In case of damage and theft, in order to make the insurance to be valid, items to be observed are as follows.

• In case of accident, accident and alcohol repors sholud have been prepared by the Police and Rular Police before moving the vehicle from its place
• Vehicle shouldn't be used under the effect of alcohol and narcotic agent and there should be on serious negligence, intention and fault
• In case stealing rental car, key of the vehicle should be delivered to Tempest
• All these reports should be delivered to Tempest within 3 days latest

In case of falling to comply with these articles, insurances shall be considered Invalid

Personel effects in the vehicle that belongs to renter out of insurance covarage. Incase of accident rental is responsible for material and immaterial losses that 2nd and 3nd persons will be subjected exceeding the values specfied in Highway Traffic Insurance. No cost is required from Tempest.

4. Traffic Fines :

Renter is responsiple for any type of traffic tickets(fines) and legal interests during the term of agreement.

5. One Way Rental :

One way rental not allowed.

6. Late Return :

Renting is calculated over 24 hours in case of the situations exceeding 3 hours full day’s fee is collected.

7. Other Services :

HGS :

All vehicles equipt with HGS (Automatic Pass System) machine to use for Highway and Bridge pass. Pay as you pass

TWH Insurance (Tire Windscreen Head Lights Insurance) :

4 Euro per day.Pay by customer locally.

SCDW Insurance :

CDW is incluled for each groups. customer is responsible from damage limits If customer purchase SCDW (Exta Insurance) and pay 4 Euros per/day excess will be ZERO but a damage report is requested even customer purchased a SCDW insurance..

Baby Seat :

It is provided in Exchange of Euro 4.

Additional Driver :

Using the car rented from Tempest by the persons oter than the renter is possible in Exchange of Euro 4 per day provided that valid driving licence and identification documents should be shown.

Acrosss The Border :

Going out of Turkey by the Tempest vehicles withouth authorization documents is forbidden.

Delivery :

Please ask for availibity. If available 2 Euros / Per Km.

8. Fuel Policy :

Same to same.

9. Credit Card / Deposit :

Credit cards with MasterCard and Visa logo are accepted for deposit and surcharges.

One or more credit cards may be required on behalf of the driver.

Debitcard, Laser Card, Maestro, Switch Card and Prepaid credit cards are not accepted.

Make sure that you have enough limits to cover your usage limits.

If you do not provide a valid credit card or there is not enough credit on your credit card, a cash deposit is not accepted and no charge will be refunded.

Deposit release 26 working days after end of lease.

Note : Please contact with your bank for your credit card limit and please check your credit card authorization to put blocking. credit card is requested for deposits.
